Man.... They would bump the max level to 32 as soon as I hit 30.

Dude it's only 2 levels. And those 2 levels won't mean anything outside of the new raid.

I think you will automatically be level 32 if you are 30 once you get the dlc. Not 100% sure but that's what I think.
