EA had to get the rights back from MS. It had nothing to do with an exclusivity deal like this. Telling us to get over it makes you look like you are on their side, regardless of what you follow up with. You can't tell us to get over it and essentially accept it in one breath and then agree that it is a terrible practice in the next. Pick a side.
