So in the US the expansion pack is $35 and in the UK it is £35? Is that now the exchange rate? 1:1? I thought it was £1:$1.6. Which makes the UK version $56. How can Bungie justify charging UK customers 60% more than US customers for a digital code?
Um what? Wow, is this your first time purchasing anything that is international? There is no exchange rate on this, its based on your currency/economy. Think about it, you get paid in pounds not dollars, why do you think you get to shop in dollars? Didn't you notice cars, movies, games and hell even your xbox/playstation are the same price in pounds as ours are in dollars?

  • WTF are you banging on about? Using you half arsed principal, a guy buying the DLC in say India for 25 Rupees, would only have to pay 80 cents. The Activision bean counters would choke on their cornflakes. Most idiotic reply I have read this morning.

So because their wages in India are so much lower than us that they have to use a weeks salary to buy cornflakes, they are getting charged a couple months salary to buy the dlc right? Because thats how it works right?, some kid in England thinks its not fair he has to pay more after calculating his transaction in a foreign currency, so everyone in the world has to match? Not to mention do you ever hear about india in videogames? They aren't a big place for customers

  • I understand a playstation 4 costs around 40,000 Yen in Japan. If sony pulled the same trick and applied a ¥1 = $1 conversion rate, you would be paying $40,000 for a PS4 and you wouldn't then be suggesting that things should be priced the same in every currency

  • What you on about! Xbox is about 100$ more than pounds. About $449 at the moment while it's £329 with a game in the UK. Are you an idiot? You pay the equivalent price(probably still more but not 1:1) at exchange.
