Okay, go back and reread my post and your reply. Microsoft had the entire ME line exclusive, until the EA, the people contracted through MS to develop it, said no more. EA refused to finish the series until Microsoft agreed to bend on the exclusive agreement so that the PS gamers could get the ME line. That was what the point to the paragraph that started with, "get over it," was about.
That entire paragraph wasn't just the first line. The entire text laid out that we, as a community of gamers, can do nothing and, "get over it," or we can all encourage the developers to stop agreeing to "exclusive" deals, or third option, buy both systems and either the version that offers the best deal for your dollars. That third option then causes issues as well. I have PS only friends and Xbox only friends. So either I don't play with some, or buy 2 versions to play with all my friends. That only works right now because I have 18 and 16 year olds who help out so that they can use the system I am not. Practical? Hell no! So I say either we all stand up and let our voice be heard by telling Sony, Microsoft, and the developers to stop the madness; or we get over it and game on and except the status quo.

I didn't mean to misrepresent your post and I'm sorry that you seem to have taken it that way. I'm saying that Microsoft did not have the rights to the entire Mass Effect line. They had the rights to Mass Effect 1. That's it. Comparing the two is pointless because this situation is not the same in really any way. I don't think you read what I wrote after the 2nd quote. My point was that telling us to get over it is not helpful. No one is getting over it. A Playstation owner might feel that way now, but they aren't going to "get over it" when the tables are turned, just like Xbox players had nothing to say when CoD DLC hit Xbox one month early but are upset about this now. This effects all of us in one form or another and the worst thing I could possibly think of for any of us to do is "get over it".

You are missing my point as well, and I'm not bothered about this don't sweat that Love a good debate. All PS only owners have been dealing with the "exclusive" or "this console gets DLC first" issue for a long time. That's why I find the sudden outcry from the XBox community funny honestly.
