Contractual rights to games? Cry me a -blam!-ing river. We used to have rights to Mass Effect.... Sony kids whined and complained about it and eventually got them to remake the games and release them on sony consoles. Expending resources to build and remaster the game for Playstation, time and effort that could have been used on refining the game for loyal xbox users that were told mass effect was "only of Xbox." Why don't xbox users get Last of Us? Looks like a great game but it'll probably never make it to xbox.
