It really doesn't matter how many signatures that petition gets. Activision and bungie won't be handing out refunds. They haven't forced you to buy anything or lied about what they were selling; they also aren't forcing anyone to buy the dlc. If people want their money back that badly they can return/sell their copy of the game. If you are truly unhappy about the idea of paying for dlc the answer is simple, don't.

While you are correct that nobody forced anyone to buy the product, you are wrong about the company lying about what they were selling. Massive amounts of story content, planets and game play options that were originally advertised before the beta release were cut from the game prior to the final release in September. There was supposed to be 3 separate story arcs, one for each race, but it all got trimmed down to one, which was originally just for the Exo race. Alot of the cutscenes had to be re-shot and dialoge was cut and rescripted to fit the new, lacking story. Alot of people pre-ordered(paid for) Destiny based off of the original advertisements and when they received the final product it was less than what was advertised. That is text book False Advertisement. Some original content will be released in dlc. The rest is gone forever because it no longer fits with what has been released already. People have a very legit reason to be upset and want their money back for this. I blame Activision, though. Not Bungie.

Just one disagreement here this game is a text book false advertisement, If you look at the dictionary the cover art of Destiny will the picture explaining what false advertisement is.
