There is a difference between DLC and content being locked away on the disc. If this was regular DLC that was never there until after being installed I would be fine with it. Let me sell you a fast food meal. Then, when you come back for the meal you see there are no fries there and I tell you they will be extra just because I want to charge you again for them. How happy would you be?
