OMG.
Bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch is all I'm hearing from so many people, who gives a flying -blam!- that you have to pay for DLC.
I'm against paying for DLC but for this game I have done it, not because it's a great game, not because I've had hours of fun but because it's the FIRST game to have a plan on what it's doing and where it's going.
How many game have released DLC and then release a new game? BORDERLANDS, COD, BATTLEFIELDS, FIFA ETC....
These guys have a 10 year plan, do you think they're gonna do Destiny 2 or 3 or pre-sequel every year, NO so stop your complaining and enjoy the game and the anticipation for the new story's.

Oh but l do but unlike most people I'm not coming on here everyday or twittering it etc bitching and complaining that that console gets downloadable content first. Do you know why because most playstation users had to deal with it with the 360 and PS3 but the difference is we tend not complain because we didn't care as long as we got to play it

I could care less about exclusives really, don't really give a crap one way or the other. But if you are going to whine about others and then do the same, well Sir, you ain't any better than what you are complaining about. And you sure did respond to my comment pretty quick which makes me believe that you're on here daily to get your fix of all the drama anyways which goes back to the point... If it bothers you, it's as simple as not looking at it. And the reality of it is that this game has A LOT to make up for if it is going to stand the test of time.

It's cause Xbox -blam!-ed Bungie over years ago and this is there repayment to them. Also who really cares, Xbox used to do the same thing to playstation users all the time and now it's happened to them it seems to be the end of the world for all the no life sad -blam!-er who lives there life through the console

Most people are upset with the holes in the actual story, not the ending. Others are upset that this game is being based more around PVP than PVE (as a lot were led to believe). A lot of people were upset with the way that Mass Effect 3 ended and the company did what they could to make it better (though they really had to bring an end to the trilogy somehow). But, they tried to make amends with the community in doing such which is a hell of a lot more than everyone here has received from Bungie. My point being is we were all led to believe that this was supposed to be this HUGE epic game with an amazing story to go with it. The reality of that is somewhat different..... That is what the PVE group is upset with. Where else are they supposed to go to address their concerns? Are they supposed to continue and spend their hard earned money for an expansion that also may not deliver? Should they be forced to engage in a part of the game that they did not originally purchase the game for? You can continue to support Destiny. Others can choose to leave it behind. And everyone that has come here to make their voices heard has every right to do so. So if you don't like what you see, maybe it's time to get off a PUBLIC forum.

They are making more destinies .... There will be 4 that's what the $500,000,000 budget was for, so expect the house of wolves and maybe two or three more dlc's ranging from 40-60$ altogether for this destiny then there will be destiny 2 in fall 2016 most likely and they aren't saying this so people won't realize that the lifespan of each individual destiny probably won't exceed two years with spread out dlc and story-less events like queen's wrath and iron banner, and the reason they will keep using the the story-less events is because It requires no new content (besides a NPC model and retextured but old modeled guns). All there are is missions in the same pve areas with "X" difficulty modifier or kill "X" amount of people in crucible and get "X" amount of points. Add that NPC and a faction meter and some retextured gear and BLAM! There's a new event for two or so weeks, we will call it "The Visitor". Description: a strange exo claiming to be from a colony on a moon of Saturn has come to the tower seeking able bodied guardians. See how easy it is face the facts....

Just keep in mind that some people (and nobody knows the percentage whether it is the majority or minority) had alot of high expectations of the game (following this concept of the game for 2 years) and rightfully are disappointed knowing the potential that this game has to offer. The lack of content is disappointing and knowing that someone has to pay additional monies to somewhat compensate for the initial release content can be frustrating as well as aggravating. The money is not the true concern but the fact they as the consumer feels cheated and therefore want to voice their frustration via the forums. Again, I'm not sure if this is what I would call a great game (even though you agree that it is a great game) but for me it's not bad and can be enjoyable at times. But like you, I have already paid for my DLC and hopefully Bungie will have some improvements with the amount of content that they are adding (which appears to be not that much). If it disappoints.....Oh well :-(
