OK the whole 'we're being cheated by Bungie cos they cut content' is going a bit far. Most of the cut game 'evidence' is pretty circumstantial exaggerated by some wild conspiracy theories. I'm not saying there is no truth in it but I think far too much is being made out of it. Even before the game was released it was made clear DLC's were on the cards after all the Collectors edition even came with the Expansion Pass as part of the package. We all knew Bungie was planning a 10 year game cycle.
As for the Playstation exclusive content, that deal was brokered by Activision, not Bungie. 10 minutes googling was enough to confirm that. I have gotta admit that XBox gamers constantly complaining over it is starting to get old. Chances are in 12 months time you too will be able to access the same content PS gamers enjoy now. I'm sure if us PS gamers all gatecrashed the Halo forums complaining how it's unfair how XBox has 100% exclusivity to that franchise y'all soon get mad. It's not our fault it was a business decision made between two companies, so suck it up buttercups :p.
Finally, there are issues regarding bugs and a fairly thin story. This game is far from from perfect but it does have certain attractions. I myself have clocked up 300+ hours. That said I come from a RPG background rather than FPS so I'm well used to endless grinding, even find it therapeutic. I really must get out more.....

The "exclusives" in dlc is a terrible model. I just found out about it yesterday. I would be fine waiting 2-3 months without any dlc and get the whole package. But with this model of pay in full get the other parts a year down the road is infuriating and makes me question why I support this game it doesn't matter that it wasn't bungie that made the call.

Nice post. Little positivity in what can sometimes be a very toxic experience when scrolling through. Good points well made too, it's a business deal at the end of the day so what's the use in the seemingly endless complaints, I am a PS user so maybe my experience is skewed more positively, but what is it going to achieve. Anyway nice to see another who enjoys the game.

Can't help it that people think that way. Come on half a billion dollars and 7 years in production and this is all we get from a triple A title and now $20 DLC for something that's already in game it's just locked for some reason.

Good points but bad example using Halo. Makes no sense being that it's a console exclusive game. Now if you said GTA4 DLC content I'd totally agree cuz ps4 players got the shaft for a hot minute on that one. But agreed, the whining gets out of hand

Nah, stay in more, get a comfortable butt mold in whatever seat you use, grab a soda, get some pizza, and play some Destiny with the other couch/bed/office chair potato's :P It is a good game though still, I haven't gotten too into MMORPG's, but I can say I enjoy this one rather well.
