I've had this issue for over 2wks already. Constant hawk and caterpillar, and I've been told it's my internet, my provider, and my router. I can play sometimes for 20 mins and sometimes I can't even join a crucible lobby without getting kicked every other minute. At first I would constantly get kicked getting an error code, now I rarely get a code I'm just getting booted from Xbox live altogether with no codes appearing!! Oh and no acknowledgement from Bungie what so ever!!

Can't play crucible. Can't do daily heroic without bee, fly, weasel, caterpillar, marionberry, lion. I want to enjoy this game but bungie have my £50 and say my Internet is broken.

I get the error code. Kicked to menu, then booted offline every time (5 minutes) my internets perfect tho

(It will immediately reconnect the second I go to the dashboard). Prior to the last update, I had had no major connection issues other than a few random KtOs which were few and far between.

Welcome to the club. Its also very nice to see no update since the 30th. would be nice if they posted something, anything. But 5 days without a single word makes me wonder if they have a clue what they are doing.

So I am not alone. I too have Comcast Xfinity. I am getting 60Mbps down and 12Mbps up on a hard wired connection. I have done everything in my power to see if the constant loss of connection was being caused by my settings, but Destiny is the only game that i have issues with. I constantly get the Caterpillar and Hawk error codes multiple times when playing. It has come to the point where I don't even want to try anymore.

A new thread, really? There are TONS of these. It's not a personal system error or internet issue. Shit got messed up in the patches and they claim to be working on it. Of it's just happenin to you now, be thankful. I haven't been able to play since the 10/17 patch for over 5 minutes. It's infuriating.

Same here between caterpillar and hawk I can't play for more then 5 minutes. After every kick it's a 10 minute process to get back on

This might be stupid but check your console time to make sure it's synced with the time change. Sometimes when clients are off time wise it can cause the host server to think you are actually timed out when you really aren't Tldr: check your console time/date
