100% agreed. Bungie needs to answer this: Why would I spend over hundred dollars to gain all content, despite the fact that you have said we will have all sorts of customisation to make a truly unique guardian (which was what I would call a half-truth. The shader lady seriously has the same shaders the entire game? No custom shader options? Nothing custom in any freaking way?) an immersive intergalactic experience featuring not only concept art and cut scenes featured in commercials and trailers (never saw the light of day) but also a terribly bland and unepic story, no details about the lore that really answer questions that I'm sure most of us want answered (golden age, traveler, the rebuilding of humanity, exos, awoken, the fallen houses and their kell, the cabals ambition to destroy the traveler and the other dark factions motivations as well). If you ask me, bungie needs to shut it down for a month to fix this game in a legitimate fashion (give us the vision that Activision razed)
