This is not the same situation as with Call of Duty. Content is purposely being withheld for nearly a year while making the DLC available on both platforms at the same time for the same price. PSN receives the ability to even purchase the DLC for Call of Duty a month later, but no content is withheld. This is not fair to anyone who owns an Xbox One and is not fair business practice. This is bad for everyone in the long run.
