I Must say I agree with many peoples comments on both sides of the spectrum. Heres my thoughts. The story Has massive potential. Weapons being nerfed in PvE is absurd, for PvP i can understand as PvP is suppose to be about skill above all other things, if your gonna nerf shit make sure you keep the 2 seperate. Patching a Raid because we used our surroundings, skill, and tactics, well thats just total bullshit. If all you did was fix it to where theres no knocking off atheon then that would have been fine. As a community of people now we will be offering less help to other players as once we get shit done for ourselves its like nah we don't have time or patience to go through B.S. again to help our fellow Gamers out so they can experience the raid or what its like to beat the boss on Hard mode and get some cool loot. I also Despise how most exotics are equal to or worse than their Legendary counterparts...what gives? Now for the good Shit- This games story we played thus far is nothing more than a prologue to the Game, this leaves us with Massive potential for the story to grow, new planets to be added, some corrupted awoken shit siding with fallen for their own benefit, the travelers Escape from the Darkness...a possible meaning that theres a Dark Traveler out there. Many more Raids, and some new pvp shit along the way. Weapons, armor, gear, Traiding in the future, Sparrow Time trials or Races, Races would be fun. So in Short does this Game have Potential - Yes it has Massive Potential! Will it reach it and our expectations? Who knows, only time will tell- in the mean time ive mostly enjoyed the game, i payed for the expansions the day i picked up my Destiny Copy- So i will continue to play Destiny and See where it goes from here, but with that said future expansions will only be bought if im seeing more improvements, which i believe we will, and it wouldn't hurt to release some story related content to us for free occasionally.
