IDEA FOR A NEW EXOTIC SNIPER!!
There should be some plans in the future to create and EXOTIC SNIPER that has the unique ability to TEMPORARILY BLIND whomever it hits! It shall be called Blinding rage/ or light. It would have a very low fire rate, low impact, high stability, low range, and low ammo, to balance the weapon. This is a great concept.
