True! Although if a Hobgoblin can snipe me from up there I should be able to be up there as well. -_- I am glad I am not the only one who noticed! I feel it is so much harder to drop a level 30 than a level 29 or lower! It almost feels like Iron banner has perpetually been in the game this entire time which is why it didn't feel much different in the actual IB except for weapon damage.
