Haha oh and btw "After receiving Xbox development kits, Bungie Studios rewrote the game's engine, heavily altered its presentation, and turned it into a first-person shooter." So image what you would have got before bungie turned it around and made the game into what it was! Thanks to bungie... keep dreaming kid and thinking microsoft is all that and more because thanks to xbox getting its ass handed to it this console gen all the xbox one bundles are on sell for 349 these holidays! :)

 • Are you stupid kid LOL. Thank you for proving my point. Microsoft bought bungie and had them make a console game when no one else wanted too. Therefor the success of bungie and halo has to be in part attributed to Microsoft for taking the chance. If halo would have only released on computers as a 3rd person game they would probably not be where they are today since they're basically now known as the innovators of the first person shooter genre. "Halo was not intended to be the Xbox's flagship game due to internal concerns and gaming press criticism, but Microsoft VP of game publishing Ed Fries did not act on these concerns. The Xbox's marketing heavily featured Halo, whose green color palette meshed with the console's design scheme.". Do some research you dust.

 • No bungie had successful video game franchises called Marathon which was a first person shooter, Myth and Oni.. Not only that but if it had been only on PC then again your statement could be false also because the PC gaming community seems to always be at a growing rate unlike the console community which has a increase then decrease keeping it about even! Speaking of PC i think the most well known game of all times is World of Warcraft which is nothing but PC.. so say they would not be where bungie is today probably would be a false statment.. Anyways long story short I’d argue with Ryan that if Halo and Bungie hadn’t stepped up, someone else would have. It’s not like Microsoft had little experience with multiplayer gaming — gamers were playing online on PCs long before consoles cut in and a fair chunk of that gaming occurred on Windows. But whether it’d have been executed as well and in a timely fashion? I reckon Ryan has a point.. Not only that but Ryan states he believes that Xbox Live “wouldn’t have made it” without Bungie’s seminal series, along with Bungie itself.. Not only that but to top your cake kid Microsoft even admitted they "Lost their way" with Halo: Reach, ODST.. Now if Microsoft is so great then they did need bungie to start with and wouldn't have lost their way with the franchises they started and owned! How do you get lost with your own game? Really.. So tell me how is that microsoft 343 studios doing anyways or would you like me to call them 343 Guilty Spark being they were named after the Halo character 343 Guilty Spark? Heck why aren't y'all played that CoD killer Titanfall anyways instead of up here QQing about bungie and what Sony paid for..
