Bs is there only a total of 8% of people saying shotgun and fusion rifle!!!

They're saying that they've enjoyed using the shotgun and Fusion rifle and have explained why with their own quote. The pole isn't calculating usage, but rather admiration. It turns out a lot of people like the idea of the hand cannon!
