Where are the Ascendant Shards?
In the Material Details for every single one of my armor items, it says:
[quote]Ascendant Shard
Obtained from Raids, winning in the Crucible, and, rarely, from other sources in the world.[/quote]
Well, I've done the raid once, and didn't get any from that.
The ones I have gotten came from the mail bot, after defeating "events" in the patrol areas.
I've won numerous times in the Crucible over the last two days, and haven't gotten a single ascendant shard from doing so.
So ... where are the ascendant shards?

1 Replydaily story.. public events.. dismantling.. I've got like 40 and really never dip below that even with upgrading...

You will also get two or three ascendant shards when dismantling legendary and exotic armor pieces.

1 ReplyYou can earn either one shard or energy for doing the daily story mission on 26 or two shards or energies for doing the daily story mission on 28. Beyond that, the Raid is the best way to get shards (though it is still pretty random), make sure to find all the chests, and it helps to have multiple characters to increase the number of shards you are able to acquire each week.
