Coins=money, can spend on a random engram that I typically don't need or want. Oh, and that's only two days a week. And there's no need for a personal attack/insult. Mute.
Edit: Come to think of it, the engrams cost motes of light, not coins. And motes of light are based on exp, so still not loot.
