Okay, so every Bungie game since Halo 3 supported campaign theatre mode. 343i came along and removed it from Halo 4 due to 'technical limitations'. Guess the 360 was incapable of handling the piss poor low res textures of Halo 4, so theatre mode would drop the 15 FPS frame rate even lower.
Here comes the big Halo re-release on a current gen system. Well capable of handling a generation old game and guess what? They removed campaign theatre mode from Halo 3! WTF?!
Does anyone why? I searched high and low for an answer but maybe I just didn't look in the right place...
Edit: moved this to #Offtopic because #Gaming is not how I remember it.

I thought it was confirmed that halo 2 anniversary multiplayer, halo 3 and halo 4 would all have theatre mode.

It's theatre mode...I'm not even remotely concerned about that. Also Xbox record, remember that??
