Microsoft knew how below average Destiny was going to be. There is no way they didn't.

I'm a Sony fan but this ^ so true lol. Microsoft is business genius and if Destiny was to truly be great Microsoft would've out bid Sony. That tells me Microsoft already knew of this escapade and didn't want their name all over it. If it works, Activision on DLC advertisement. Otherwise, Bungie made it.

Even though I am mainly a sony guy as of now, I agree that the MCC seems more appealing than some timed exclusive content for destiny.
