The SUROS regime. It's damage output is just under that of a machine gun when it's half empty.

To be fair. Other guns are off balence as well. Shotgun range is messed up still. Fusion riffles get a kill when one bullet of the burst barely hits you, Thorns damage over time. Your pretty much complaining about every gun.
