So we have Xur who sells the same stuff week after week and a raid that produces the same rewards each time. How about we have a vendor for guardians that have completes the raid and can't get the necessary armor to hit level 30. It's as simple as play through and get a raid coin and when you have completed enough raids you can buy the armor you are missing, or a raid weapon. They make you do it for vanguard why not do the same for a raid? You want a piece of armor beat it twice on normal or once on hard.
