Not going to happen regardless of how many signs your petition gains. Activision has swaying opinion over the development of Destiny, not the players. DLC is controlled by Activision and will always be overpriced to make as much money as possible. As for Story improvements Activision will definitely want to make that DLC because they know people will buy it. I feel Bungie have little control over distribution of extra content. Destiny would have been amazing if not for Activision telling Bungie to cut and change 4 years of work to release on time. If only we could live in an ideal world where Game developers aren't restricted by publishers that decide what a game should be like rather than what it was meant to be.
