Id really recommend waiting until you are 26+, the team would need to pretty much carry you through it. Or blame you for every mistake You would be doing something like 20% less damage and taking 20% more damage since you are a level below the raid level (26) Also you need some legendary/exotic weapons. Im not saying its not possible at level 25, but you will struggle
