The point is, there was no "deception". Your expectations were not met, but that was because they were unrealistically high; because you wanted it to be true not because it was "promised" to be what you wanted. There is nothing on the back of the box that is not true, and the only thing I ever saw mentioned about Harry Potter or LotR was that it could occupy the same shelf, which is also true (or would be if you actually owned those books).
