Insta-kills by shoulder charge, triceps are strong. No other class has an ability like this, or a counter to it. Suros out classes most if not all scout and pulse rifles. Oh, as someone else mentioned. Fusion rifles. Still really strong. Longer charge times is all that's needed for that kind of firepower. Melees now trump shotguns...
