Never had a problem avoiding shoulder charge when I can see it coming. Sorry about what ever is happening to you. Of all the things that I've been frustrated about in Crucible it never even occurred to me to be upset at Shoulder Charge. Now I remember being incredulous about a one hit melee kill but when I found out it was an actual ability and how it worked I just took measures to counter. It's rare that I die to that now. Way less effective than Blink/Shotgun combo.
