Oh Ya!!!!! Rockstar announced GTA 5 for PS4 & XBox One is going to be optional FPS!!!
......and their DLC are always free......Bungie, hear that?!?!?

Yeah because the lost and the damned was free and so was the second DLC pack on GTA IV...Oh wait no it wasn't. But yes they update the online portion of GTA V somewhat regularly but I wouldn't call that free DLC.
