How to use Patience and Time
People complain about the invisibility of Patience and Time. Here's the best way to use it for pve strikes, raids, and taking down bosses.
Zoom in with the scope and fire as fast and as accurately as you can at the enemy until the invisibility kicks in. Stop shooting when you become invisible. The strike boss (aka Nexus) will look for you because you just shot at it but can not see you. When the boss looks away again, shoot him with whats left in the clip and then find cover and reload.

I got mine from Crucible yesterday. So guessing it takes a while before it's upgraded to the invisibility perk...

yes and it does a hell of a lot of damage in pve. as for pvp its not bad. i mean dont think that people cant see you because they can. ive wrecked many people who think they can take their time because they are invisible, is not harder to see you. but field scout is a must on both platforms
