Question is in the title. I personally find it extremely frustrating that help "reports" disappear off the forum front-page within seconds, and then go unanswered.

I guess it would help... if you wouldn't mind waiting 2 to 6 months for an answer to a ticket...

I absolutely agree, although the forums can be helpful the fact that you're not actually talking to an official bungie support member of staff can be really frustrating at times. Once the customer realises that their issue isn't being heard by the company this will almost always breed a negative view of the company, after all they were happy to take our money when the product worked but as soon as there is an issue with the product they're nowhere to be seen.
