POLL: How do you want DLC delivered?
Edit: Yeah I noticed the "play" instead of "pay" in the poll after I posted it.
Here we go...
Bungie, you made the Halo franchise, it was fantastic. Bungie, you made Destiny, it's already boring.
Now with the dark below arriving, we pay a hefty chunk of money for hardly anything.
Trust me Bungie/Activision, if you want Destiny to love you need to follow in the steps of Rockstar North/Rockstar Games.
Rockstar give us FREE (you know what that is don't you Bungie?) monthly updates on GTA Online. Guess why? To keep their game fun and interesting, why haven't they charged for the updates? They want a reputation. I'll buy another Rockstar Game, I'm buying my second copy of GTA V on Xbox One soon, I wouldn't buy another Destiny that's for sure. I thought GTA V was mediocre, but I gave in to play with friends on GTA Online. I expected to have had to chuck a bit more more in by now to get the content they've added.
I know it might only be a few new missions and some cars and guns, but it keeps people interested! I know GTA is open world unlike your game, but without the updates it would have been boring ages ago! I would have been bored of it, like I am with destiny.
So my point is, I want to see a new mission each month, maybe with new faction gear, a new multiplayer map, then charge us for a bigger update with a new planet, raids, gear, missions, strikes, maybe some new PvE gamemodes to play?
Why haven't we had one useful update yet? We could have had a new mission or two to keep us interested.
They could be side missions even, easily made in a month, take an area of a map and make a more elaborate version of a patrol mission, untied to the story so they can be made easily.
I hope come next year you've realised this what you need to do and make a rapid change, from what I've seen, you're losing everyone. There's a few still around (for some reason) still repetitively playing the same strikes over and over again.
Also you need to change the light system, having to get lucky in a raid (which you have to find nice people for in the first place) to level up means nothing to me, and level advantages in PvE help a lot.
This game needs a change, quickly, before you lose too many people's interest.
Please Bungie, we loved you, you were the best developers ever with Halo, community driven. Now it seems you're money driven, and you can't say you're not, it's become obvious.
I want the old Bungie back. Please?

I'm surprised people want to pay for DLC given the option.
