Got this last night in the vault. Says it deals extra damage to Oracles. Is it worth using in the raid?

In the raid lack of range makes me use sniper instead or fusion rifle but pvp that gun is a monster. I have mine fully upgraded and i cant tell you how many multi-kill streaks its gotten me.
