I look out from the window of the space station as the old station rips itself apart.
*Aero if you can hear me do something. Anything so we can pinpoint your location. You saved my life...let me return the favor.*

"Time to make a daring exit!" *we dash across the room towards another door. I take out my plasma saw and rev it up* "This might take a second!" *i plunge the saw into the door and start cutting. The door cuts like butter, quickly giving way to the saw* "Alright we are through!" *we jump through the hole in the door and make a mad dash for the elevator* "We will have to take this down to the bottom level in order to get to the mine shaft. On a mine this big we might want to hitch a ride on those mine carts you mentioned" *we come to a stop in front of the elevator. I push the call button and the creaking and moaning of the gears and cables fills the air* "Well...if they didn't know where we before, they know now." *the elevator comes to a stop and the doors slide open. The white mist lays in a fine layer over the floor of the elevator, rising up in wisps* "I don't know about you, but that stuff creeps me out. I have never seen that in a mine before." *we step into the elevator and Aero pushes the button for the lowest level. The elevator creaks to a start and drops us down into the darkness...and whatever lay beyond*

*there are thuds against the top of the elevator and then the sound of shedding metal* Shit! They got to is fast! SM, cut us a hole in the bottom of the elevator we are going to have to leave fast! *I point my weapon at the ceiling and start firing, and I hear the sound of pain come from the infected on the other side which is quickly droned out by the sounds of SM's saw* Once that hole is made jump down and use your thrusters to break the fall, I'll be right behind you!

Well as long as the harbinger doesn't make it back I think it'll be ok... I just need a break from all this crap trying to kill me every turn. *I check my systems and adjust them to my liking* Well lead the way, I don't know my way around here.

*radio* This is SM...*gasp for breath*...we are in the main hanger...I have Aero....I didn't- *cough* notice anything...we came in hot...hit the wall...think I may have hurt something...Aero is alive but I think he may have taken in a lot of radiation...*cough*...requesting a med team ASAP....*transmission turns to static*

*hearing a faint whisper I pull the pin on my last smoke grenade before losing consciousness*

I decide to use my long-range viewing set. I spot a small dot of red smoke. Hmmmm...that's odd. That smoke looks almost like a-...like a SMOKE GRENADE!!!! *radio* SM to base, I think I have found Aero. I am moving in now. I check my RIG, replenish ammo and make my way to the nearest airlock. I step into the airlock and close the doors. Without a sound the doors open...and the black maw of space opens up before me. Terror momentarily grips me. No! I don't have time for this shit, there is a mans life on the line. My thrusters roar to life and I jettison out of the airlock towards the colored smoke. I carefully make my way around the debris...keeping a careful look-out for Plague. I near the source of the smoke. AERO!!! I found him! I jet towards Aero and grab him. I look at my HUD and notice for the first time that my radiation levels are rising. And quickly. Damn, I gotta move. I link our RIGs systems so that our boosters work as one. I plot a course and ignite the thrusters. We hurtle back towards base. All of a sudden my left thruster explodes, spinning us off course. Shit shit shit!!!! I frantically try to steer us back on course. The base hanger doors are open so I aim for them and cross my fingers.... We are coming in to hot. This is gonna hurt!! We sail through the hanger doors and hit the wall. Hard. As we fall to the floor everything goes red and I notice my suits HUD is flashing red.

[spoiler]well at least if we die maybe he'll have no choice to absolutely destroy everyone else lol. But I totally agree.. The other "clan" is more worried about running from something that the lore basically says is inescapable, I figured this should be played out like you would in something like the games the DM has pulled from (dead space in particular).[/spoiler] [spoiler]and still more story here than destiny! Also I'm learning a lot from this and eventually plan on making my own role play game.. So keep throwing stuff at us DM im judging you hardcore right now[/spoiler]
