Maturity has nothing to do with it at this point "bud". It's fact that they scrapped the original story and had to rewrite it before launch and it's fact they cut the dlc from the original release as the levels were already on our discs to begin with, the area's are just locked off to us because they decided to take their 500 million dollar budget, make a shit game than make us pay for the rest of the storyline. Just look to "Don't buy destiny dlc" or Angry Joe's review on youtube for the details. I'll even eventually link both videos to this thread later on.
