Stop regurgitating things you've heard. The $500,000,000 that Activision provided is for the entire 10 year project, not just the game you're playing, but any and all sequels, marketing, pizza nights & expansions. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/476131/interviews/activision-on-destiny-launch-500m-budget-shows-the-confidence-we-have/ http://www.gamespot.com/articles/destiny-budget-nowhere-near-500-million-bungie-says/1100-6420802/ As much as I disagree with what has happened to this game (regarding story being hacked off and nothing like it was advertised), I'm going to buy the DLC, and probably play the sequels, because of one key thing: my friends and I have had fun playing. The seeds for a great and vast story are there, they just need to be watered and shown the Light.

You really think this game won't be wildly out of date in ten years? New consoles come out every 8 years. This game is meant for 2 years tops. Imagine playing a game from 2004 now and thinking the graphics and game play is still good... so waste of money for a TWO year game

I'm unsure whether you're trolling me or are misunderstanding. I didn't say this game would last ten years, that would be ridiculous, I'm talking about the franchise. If they pull out all the stops and sort the issues out, the sequels (in the future, with better graphics on potential future consoles) could be awesome.
