Oh man, let me tell you the joys of having 1:42 minutes -blam!-ing evaporate right from under you because some dumb -blam!-ing Cabal infantry dude broke pathing, dropped off a ramp, and one-hit-kill melee'd you within one -blam!-ing second.
As if Nightfall isn't hard enough, the adds that keep coming and -blam!-ing coming into the fight severely limit interaction with the boss in solo play. By the time a wave of adds is done - or at least the dangerous ones - you can seriously get off maybe one magazine before the next goddamned wave of adds slows things down again.
Enough is enough, Bungie. This is a lot of weight for a solo player to shoulder already, and the adds keep stocking up like there's a full -blam!-ing fireteam going at it. My friends list is emptying as this game goes on and it is not easy to find or get together a group for Nightfall or the Weekly Strike. Don't even ask about the Raid, but let's just say I've gainfully played it twice now. Twice. Put some -blam!-ing matchmaking in.
God damn I can just feel my ears burning. Nearly two goddamned hours because one chump boss fight interruption melee'd me and bullshit killed me in one hit. Valus Ta'aurc is a LONG goddamned mission. Kill his guards. Blow up his buddy's -blam!-ing Goliath tank. Go fight Valus Ta'aurc and his endless buffet of minions, missiles, and minigun bullets.
Go to hell, Bungie. Or -blam!-ing fix your game.

This will blow your mind, but it's actually usually easier to solo Nightfalls than play them with a group. With more players, the adds become MUCH tougher and more numerous. I sort of hate to say it, but USE TERRAIN CHEESE. The whole point of Nightfall Strikes is that the game hates you right then, so you shouldn't feel the slightest shame in hating it back. But hate it productively. Find ways to exploit terrain safe spots and AI scripting to win.
