A great many super heros wear capes as well. Have you ever seen any wearing a bond or a mark? I can't recall any. =P

Skirts are not marks though =P But, it isn't too terribly far off. The main reason to my comment was the one I replied to said sissies where capes, so I had to state that some badasses wear them.
