I agree that Bungie dropped the ball on the story, but I still feel like I got a full game. I see it as a game that promised more than it could deliver on release. I have a glimmer of hope that Bungie will make up for it with enough free content later on. I think the real move should be a pledge to not preorder Destiny 2 unless Destiny gets what players were told it has, e.g. a rich story and "if you can see it you can go there" environments.
