Three things in particular caught my interest...and raised follow-up questions.
Greater chances of “showers” in public spaces
What is a shower in a public space? (insert joke here?) But seriously what is a shower in a public space?
Adjustments to some arenas that needed better traffic flow
Arenas that need better traffic flow...is that PvP arenas or low traffic PvE areas, like that place with the boats in the cosmodrome?
New economies to equip you with upgrade materials
Are they seriously going to add additional currencies? I'm all for the additional ways of getting upgrade materials, but there are already more than enough currencies in this game...maybe I'm misinterpreting that last bit. But when they say new economies, it sounds like additional ways of buying things, ie new currency.

So no new stuff just stuff that should always have worked is my bet

I'm very excited. I'm itching for a real run at Iron Banner, seeing how they're going to treat the new "quests" with Eris prior to the DLC and all the new. I work in software development, on a much smaller scale mind you, and what Bungie is doing here is pretty huge. Yeah, there clearly were changes between pre-Alpha and release, but that's the norm. Hands down, Destiny has some amazing controls and "feel" for an FPS; way better than most (I'd say BL2 is still a close second) and is so good it makes me want to play daily. I'm looking forward to everything Bungie decides to pursue here. The core is just too good not to. And DoD. Behind the shooting, it's the2nd best "thing" in Destiny, no question.
