Let's be honest. Are you bored playing Destiny?
We all invested a lot of time into this game. Let's be honest. We are playing the same strikes over and over and over and over again. We are doing the same exact bounties every -blam!-ing day. We are playing the lackluster multiplayer that makes everyone feel cool and strong and has a terrible small amount of game modes and maps. Playing the same weekly shit over and over and over again hoping for exotics you will never get. Waiting for xur every -blam!-ing week and he ends up selling the same shit. Hoping for an update and it never comes. Getting excited from the weekly updates that is still to be yet put into the -blam!-ing game. And there is way more. Tell me, are you bored like me and is waiting for Black Friday or are you not bored and Is loving this game? If ur not bored and is enjoying the game, tell me why. I would very interested to hear your comment

I want to get to 30 and max out an exotic weapon. Would love to get last word but unfortunately thats rng. Im only farming mats now, doing vog, daily story and crucible. Farming is boring, bounties it depends, vog is awesome, I enjoy crucible esp. since I switched to hand cannon/ sniper setup on my warlock. Ps. Oh and I want to find those 50 ghosts for Psn achievement.

1 ReplyI'm kinda bored yeah.. Don't get me wrong I love this game! But the DLC could not come sooner!! I may only have 1 lvl 30 (and a lvl 20/30 of the same class just so I can do everything twice) but I find my self only playing on Tuesday and Friday...

I came back a few days ago for the surfing glitch that lets you dance on your sparrow, that was the most fun I've had in Destiny in a long time!

I don't think Bungie expected people to level up and rep up so fast. But, from the looks of some hardcore grinders who play 8+ hours a day, Bungie misjudged a large portion of the community. Bungie made two flaws... (1) repetition. This is what will kill this game. No one cares to do the same dumb missions over and over. It's not that hard to spawn a new boss in a new location with a new army. You have this vast land... use it! and (2) no pvp growth. PvP in the more advanced games have plenty of growth... planetary controls... controlling resources... alliances fighting for valuable space... Bungie needs to get this going and make it a big part. As it is now, everyone has legendary and exotic. Rare items are so common, they get dismantled without a second look. Bungie dropped the ball on this one. I would of saved some items for future growth. If the new content coming is just more of the same crap for us to repeat over and over again... then I forsee this game at Gamestop next year for $20.

2 RepliesYeah, I've gotten bored sadly. I say sadly because I have tried my best to keep myself going, but now that MCC is coming out, I will probably only visit Destiny once a week for Raids. I really hoped they would have introduced more hot fixes, but it just hasn't happened, and the stuff they have hot fixed is crap, with the exception of engrams.

At this point I log on just to complete the weeklies and vog nm. Other than that I don't find anything else fun. I don't even bother with hm vog as it's hard to get a good group together and I only get helmets and sparrows.

Bored, maybe but its the only game I have at the moment and I paid 100 bucks for it, so I'm not quitting until I get all the raid pieces for all 3 of my peeps, all exotics, and max them all out. After that I'm done till the dlc drops, then a month after that I'll be done again

Yes. Not enough content for me to justify coming back to. I don't get a sense of achievement from levelling up, beating the same bosses, decrypting the same engrams. I've accepted this game for what it is now. It won't fundamentally change except for a few tweaks and updates, and it doesn't offer the universe I thought I'd get myself lost in. I'm okay with that, I won't return the game and will still play with friends from time to time. But overall I feel I've grown bored with what Destiny has to offer.

I haven't played in about a week. I do not miss it to be honest. Im having a lot more fun playing Warframe and DCUO on Ps4.

3 RepliesStill logging on everyday and playing but I'm starting to get diminishing returns in the Fun Dept. Tuesdays and Fridays are the only days I really look forward to now. Once Dragon Age drops those might be the only days I jump on until the DLC hits.

Sadly, I am getting there. I still enjoy the game, but only when I am playing with my friends. Solo it's quite boring now. I pretty much only want to run the Vault, do the two weeklies and some of the dailies. At this point I have so many shards and energy sometimes I dont even bother doing the dailies. Last night I jumped on for a few minutes, quickly did the daily and then looked at the bounties. When I saw there were none on the Cosmodrone (I just prefer the setting of Earth more than any of the other worlds), I just turned the game off and put on Shadow of Mordor. I look forward to Tuesday nights because of the reset, the difficult content is my favourite part of the game but until TDB there isnt too much of that. Still I will play, just less solo for the moment. I left Crucible out because I don't play it often, I don't enjoy it as much as the PvE and that's just my opinion.

Yup, it's to that point now lvl 30 now and don't feel like lvling the other classes. Might play the expansion but I'm going to wait this time and see the reviews. CANT FOOL ME TWICE

I'm definitely bored. Until I can afford an Xbox One and the MCC I don't have too much to play though. To summarise, the game (strikes and crucible) is repetitive, boss fights are simply bullet sponges, the grinding is just too much, RNG ruins any thoughts of rewarding ability, and you HAVE to complete strikes to get raid gear to reach level 30. It just lacks a way of retaining a population.

Considering how repetitive everything is, the fact that I'm getting bored with it only now is impressive. Right? Once I've done the weeklies and Raid, I only jump on to do the dailies. Honestly, the bounties are a bit depressing now. I think the Hive Ultra bounty has shown up three days in a row. I still play but yeah, I'm catching up on some reading now
