Let's be honest. Are you bored playing Destiny?
We all invested a lot of time into this game. Let's be honest. We are playing the same strikes over and over and over and over again. We are doing the same exact bounties every -blam!-ing day. We are playing the lackluster multiplayer that makes everyone feel cool and strong and has a terrible small amount of game modes and maps. Playing the same weekly shit over and over and over again hoping for exotics you will never get. Waiting for xur every -blam!-ing week and he ends up selling the same shit. Hoping for an update and it never comes. Getting excited from the weekly updates that is still to be yet put into the -blam!-ing game. And there is way more. Tell me, are you bored like me and is waiting for Black Friday or are you not bored and Is loving this game? If ur not bored and is enjoying the game, tell me why. I would very interested to hear your comment

2 RepliesMoreso annoyed than bored. Buddy of mine got Mythoclast twice in the same day in addition to his already maxed Mythoclast (that he doesn't use). I got raid boots twice in one raid in addition to the other 3 I received. Got the chest piece twice now. Thankful that the raid helmet dropped. Was stuck for 2 weeks raiding on 3 locks hoping for gloves that never dropped until Xur sold the retarded SPF 25 Sunblock gauntlets this week which allowed me to hit 30 (but not the way I wanted to). Gonna do Hard on 3 locks this week and next week, and if I don't get a Mytho (dont actually want it iust want one for the bank), Fatebringer or raid gloves I'm probably done until DLC. I can handle the boredom, just not the disappointment.

Yea I am bored. I like the game play but there just is not enough to do now. I have run every strike to the point I may be able to do it blindfolded. The raid has been completed on normal and hard enough I can do any role on any side and teach new players. Not to mention I have all the gear except one rifle. I am finding it hard to log in anymore. Tuesdays are the only thing I look forward to so I can do the one last fun thing which is the Nightfall.

I only opened my copy 2 weeks ago and am level 25. This game has zero depth, it is dull. The only thing even left to do for me is the raid. But even it seems rather uninspired. No I haven't done a "Nightfall Strike" but guess what...it's just the same strikes again. Don't get me wrong, I have had fun, and feel it is worth the $70.00 Cdn. (30 years ago Coleco systems cost $350, and games $80 each) I wait until I'm bored of a game before doing any PvP'g. This extends the game in my eyes. I started going to the crucible yesterday morning with a brand new level 2 Titan. (technically I did one match a couple of days ago.) By the end of the day he's now level 17. That was fun, and I think I did pretty well. However, with the poor choices they've made with Destiny. This game will be all but forgotten within 1 year (that is being generous) much less a 10 year life. How many times do you people feel like doing the exact same thing over & over. ( I grew up with games that only had 4 different levels, but I'm not 12 anymore) The sad part is, with a few minor changes, many of which the mechanics are already there (just utilized poorly) this game could be so much better. I wish Destiny had been more...but it's not.

I'm bored playing PvE except on Tuesdays. PvP on the other hand I play whenever my friends are on. That's how it is in games though. PvP usually outlasts PvE. It shouldn't be that way with Destiny but for me I hardly even care enough to do the daily bounties anymore.

I have alot of work to do upgrading armor and weapons. I have a 30 Hunter, 29 Titan and a lvl 8 Warlock. So its like Christmas in my inventory and my vault. I have played alot of mmo's so i can cope with a grind to get everything upgraded. I help friends with the raid. I play alot of strikes for the xp and the occasional good drop. I just mix it up. PvP and PvE. Material gathering, bounties. Then i jump on my warlock and upgrade him a couple of levels. Then maybe then jump back on another character. But i do play other games. I play some Titanfall and a few others. Just dont burn yourself out. There is lots to do

Nope im still enjoying it but i like the hunt for loot so ive got plenty to get. Got sick of diablo 3 because they just seemed to hand me all the best stuff for nothing.

This game has turned into a twice a week kind of game for me. I check in on Tuesday and do the nightfall, weekly, and raid. Then wait for Friday for xur items. Then wait for Tuesday, then Friday, then Tuesday...

2 RepliesAlthough I'm not putting in the amount of hours in that I was (which was around 10 hrs daily and is now around 4-6) I'm still not quite bored, I've yet to hit 30 on two of my classes, I've yet to fully upgrade all my weapons+armor, and I've yet to get the shaders I truly want (arctic proxy, Thunderdevil, Revenant) at Cryptarch rank 70 on my main you would think I woulda gotten either thunder or proxy by now but nope :(.... So far I have accomplished the following tho: Rank 30 Hunter All Hunter exotic armor (all fully upgraded) All Xbox available exotic weapons (almost all fully upgraded) "The Hanged Man" Dead Orbit shader (received at rank 12) Came to the realization that I should go outside (but then it was to bright so I changed my mind) There is still more in store for me but this is it for now.... Oh and I have over 50 raids complete ><

Have been for a while now. Grinding the Raid with randoms for a gear set I don't even want is not my idea of a good time. Neither is running Nightfall strikes. I'll dip back into PvP once Iron Banner 2.0 goes live.

2 RepliesEvery time I start getting too bored, the game hooks me again. I got a Fatebringer friday night and this morning, finally got a new exotic bounty. I'd been getting the same three over and over and over again so that was sweet. On top of that, I actually love levelling weapons, farming the materials, doing the daily routine on my characters. So yeah, plenty to do. I wouldn't argue that the game could use some new content and even more population in the world, like animals and citizens that need help. That would help with the boredom, for sure.

nah I'm getting more into it namely I like the diversity of the crucible and how each player brings their unique gear to the fray and I like the dynamic of how replaying strikes and missions lets you home your weaponry, which you can then take back to the Crucible the crucible gameplay is like halo on crack and I like exploring the maps for clues and lore. not just Grimoire cards but visual clues inherent in the landscape itself
