Let's be honest. Are you bored playing Destiny?
We all invested a lot of time into this game. Let's be honest. We are playing the same strikes over and over and over and over again. We are doing the same exact bounties every -blam!-ing day. We are playing the lackluster multiplayer that makes everyone feel cool and strong and has a terrible small amount of game modes and maps. Playing the same weekly shit over and over and over again hoping for exotics you will never get. Waiting for xur every -blam!-ing week and he ends up selling the same shit. Hoping for an update and it never comes. Getting excited from the weekly updates that is still to be yet put into the -blam!-ing game. And there is way more. Tell me, are you bored like me and is waiting for Black Friday or are you not bored and Is loving this game? If ur not bored and is enjoying the game, tell me why. I would very interested to hear your comment

I'm not bored yet surprisingly it's the only game I have fun playing I enjoy playing with friends and just going around exploring and stuff I find ways to entertain myself

Yes and No. I was bored with it after trying the raid and not having fun with it (forever 29 haha), which left me with, as you mentioned, just running the same strikes over and over. The only thing that kept me at that point was an exotic bounty (Bad Juju). That the yes. The No comes in when I took an extended break from the game. I came back to rediscover why I had played so much by creating a second character (titan to warlock). The new playstyle and abilities reeled me in. Then lack of shards frustrated me. But after another break and another character I was back after not too long. Seems like in most cases taking a step back and giving yourself some time helps immensely. I too am awaiting new content, but until then I will be play sporadically.

No I was bored of the "grind" in bf and other games. Played everything in skyrim which was fun but this is more exciting. Gta no heist still or maybe that would be fun again. Those missions got boring. Destiny is pretty addicting and I always get somthing every week. This week notables are gjlarhorn and thunderlord from night and praedyth timepiece obviously from raid.

2 RepliesI love the game, but RNG is killing me, and my friends. It does not matter how well you perform, it's all a matter of luck. What's the point of putting some effort, if you are not blessed by RNGesus. I'm sick of running VoG hoping to get raid armor to get to 30. If we had more options to get lvl 30 gear, it would be awesome. VoG it's a long strike now and a repetitive one.

I don't play every day. I generally play Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Tuesdays and Wednesdays consist of weekly Strikes and Raids. Fridays and Saturdays are Xur and Crucible days. Add to it the completion of at least the Vanguard bounties on these days and it mixes things up enough to keep it fresh I'll play less after Halo:MCC and AC:Unity release, but I'll still be playing at least on Tuesdays and Fridays, with playtime increasing once The Dark Below is released. Just don't overplay.

The first 4 weeks I fad fun, got bored one week, and then I got re-addicted. Still playing to this day

Weapon and item hunting. I like getting new guns and leveling them. It's grindy, but it's fun. My son is 7 and loves the game (he's cleared the whole campaign solo and done a few strikes without me). We share that, and my friends still play. So the social aspect of playing ALL together on a single map (VoG) is still fun. Overall, not a terrible game.

I logged in today after a week of not playing. I did six patrol missions...got about 20% of an exotic bounty and logged. I've got four exotic bounties that can all be finished in a day... together. Don't have any of them either! I'm just too bored to get them done - what's the point? They take forever to level and the legendary weps I have work just fine. I'll be back in a week.. Or two.

i only do like 3 things in the game now.. vog 3 times a week... nightfall 3 times... weekly strike 3 times... thats about it.. so in closing i get to play the same strike 6 times a week and the same raid 3 times a week... yep BORED!!!

Yeah.....events would help spice things up a bit. Even queens wrath or something else would be nice. I don't mind the grind I think it's a good game, but a daily or weekly something would help that's not already the normal daily or weekly stuff just an addition to.

I love Destiny, but I'm still beginning to burn out on it. But the same can be said for any game that I've played for over 2 months straight. I'm currently taking a break to replay Shadow of Mordor, and I might hit up the Last of Us again, which should tide me over till Dragon Age. Then on December 9th, I'll probably return to playing Destiny regularly again.

I got bored of it the first two weeks. I just held to it because there was not anything to play. Halo comes out this tuesday so, I'll be going back there.

I was good till yesterday, then the boredom hit me. I have also seen almost all of my friends playing less and less, and in the last few day not playing at all.

2 Repliescan't be that hard to make Strikes all the other missions on a harder level....make bounties more meaningful...add some more maps in say Saturn and Jupitor...c'mon Bungie...you are taking the piss people...and PLEASE stop the pvp junk being game critical...it should be an option only, not one of the keys to getting decent Exotics...I loathe Crucible...with a passion...I'm not 12 and I'd don't enjoy mindless shoot and scoot in tiny corridors...bores me to death........
