I played as a Titan, created a hunter and basically only use my hunter for pvp. It IS absolute garbage in raids and nightfalls

If hunters are so bad in raids then explain to me how me and my raid team (all hunters -1) were one of the first few teams to beat the raid on raids release day, and how we can clear the hard raid in under 1hr 1/2....I'd be glad to hear your explanation.
