How is that supposed to work? Are you just gonna make fogoth fight you in a narrow hallway? Because if you design the story around the missions rather than the missions around the story then that's what's gonna happen. Not saying that that would be unplayable mind you, but it would definitely be a sub par experience without much effort put into it.

3. Actually the DLC bosses have been being designed and implemented since before the Alpha, so they were probably done on release and on the disc.
