I can understand favoring a console but to give ps4 players special access for a year to content we pay the same price for on the one is downright insulting. Xbox and bungie built their brand together, halo created an excellent fan base, and many were looking forward to this release, myself included. To exclude such content for so long is insulting and makes me want to trade my game in and swear off this game altogether.

Maybe if Microsoft gave bungie as much air time and cash as sony you would have the same or better access. And drop the halo crap, that was years ago and if it wasn't for that history 343 might have built halo5 for PS4 as there are 6 million more of them in lounge rooms around the world.

Microsoft was not permitted to promote the game. That right was also sold to Sony. Microsoft had to create ads for a fake perfume called "Destiny" to promote the release of the game- look it up.

Halo crap? Halo was a big time franchise and created a fan base for bungie. One of the reasons I even bothered with this game was that. It just feels like they are shitting on their fan base. A game with already limited content and we get even less. Other games have given exclusive access for a week, or a month, but a whole year? Nonsense

If you want to go tit for tat I will raise you tomb raider. Started on ps, the reboot was a goty contender and the follow up goes to sh1tbox one. You where a fan of halo that bungie made. I will agree that we all got ripped off with story and features with destiny but chill out about the dlc.
-
But that's different. It's an exclusive game, not we all get tomb raider except Xbox one gets an extra level but it will be given to ps4 players in 1 year. It's insane.

Why should I chill out? They want me to pay the same price and bar me from content for a year? That's asinine. I'm not trying to go to for tat, you can hate on Xbox all you want, doesn't change the fact bungie made tons of money off us "sh1tbox" players. Built a fan base, and is now neglecting them because they can't get over it, why hurt your fans because you want to act like a whiney little b1tch over Microsoft

Don't think of it as paying the same for less. Think of it is we are paying the same but I get a bonus for a while.
-
That's a ridiculous notion. It is paying the same for less and as someone that has supported bungie for years I am offended by this. Like I said early access for a month? Fine, but a year? Outrageous. No other game I can think of that is cross platform does that to their fans. But here a high and mighty ps4 prick who probably didn't give bungie a dime until this game gets access to more stuff. I never understood this whole high horse when it comes to consoles either, eventually I'll have both, but keep your superiority complex up asshat. It is not wrong for me to be upset about this as a consumer who has paid plenty of money that went into bungie's pocket. Us halo fans and Xbox players are the reason Destiny is even possible today, you're welcome.
-
You forget one important factor, Microsoft make windows and everyone owns a pc. I brought halo combat evolved, halo 2 and 3. That's why I brought playstation, anything good and exclusive to Microsoft will be on a machine that Xbox and PlayStation owners have in their house already.
-
Doesn't change the fact that you are treating your consumers poorly because of a bad relationship, that's not good business practice
-
That's what happens when u buy a game on a console which it's competition has nearly triple the units sold lol. I'm even surprised bungie released it on Xbox lol. Be happy u even get the game.
-
You're obviously a prick, and one of those hey let me be completely useless to the conversation, just need to share my misery with others by acting superior.
-
No kid. Just economics. Microsoft probably approached bungie with money to have this game exclusive, but then they whipped out their calculator and started doin math. They figured that they can make much more money by selling it on potentially 13+million consumers at $60 then whatever Microsoft would've payed them.
-
That has little to do with the fact that giving content to PlayStation users for a year for the same price is a slap in the face to the customer base that helped build your company. I'm not a kid either buddy
