Charge time is the FR main stat but Pocket Infinity has the worst in the game. There are low level rares that fire 4x quicker. Even with 100-round clips, it's still garbage without at least a decent charge time. Also, I'm pretty sure that a 'magazine' of rounds goes into a 'clip' and the clip goes into the weapon. It's old terminology but these days the two terms are interchangeable for what you reload with.
