I'm not talking super good advice levels of recoil. just escalating recoil that would make it more and more difficult to jump from target to target. which is the situation that opponents to a repowered pi seem to be pointing to. this would return the weapons 'different' and 'unique' feel without making it broken which, I feel, is the point of exotics. they shouldn't be out and out better than legendary gear.
