Daily "where's the Bad Juju/Thorn buff you announced over a month ago?" thread
Well?
You have the time to nerf the Mythoclast and adjust values for Scout Rifles across the board within the same time span, but don't have the time to buff the exotics you stated you were going to adjust over a month ago? At the time when you announced the buffs, 99% of the community didn't even know the Mythoclast existed. Yet, the Mythoclast got adjusted before the other guns get their already announced buffs? Do you even logic?
There's really no excuse for it at this point.
Edit: I realize some of you think the Thorn does not need a buff, and while that's fine (I don't have it, I don't know), it's also missing the point. The real focus here is the fact that Bungie announced that they were going to buff both the Bad Juju and Thorn over a month ago, yet no changes have been made still (but changes were made to other guns during the same time frame).

4 RepliesEdited by JasGrant: 10/27/2014 8:30:54 PMI have Thorn fully leveled. It's an interesting weapon which I use when I'm not trying to do something critical. I use it on Mars against the Cabal. It's about the only use for it I've found that out weighs the slow load and limited shots. I would appreciate a buff to this weapon. It needs just a hint of change. 8 bullets maybe? An increase in reload or a chance to reload faster on occasion. The issue I have with it is that in most cases it doesn't deal any more damage than The Devil You Know which I also have fully leveled. If I want to do something critical or need a real hand cannon, that's the one I use. Thorn is a liability and gets me killed in melee attacks all the time. If something is charging at me i don't have time to reload or switch out. I have to apply better strategies when using Thorn. For me it's a novelty and I generally use it for doing bounties. When it comes to strikes and raiding, this is not a weapon I want in hand. It's a shame they have yet to address it. I also have bad juju but never use it. One disappointing weapon is enough. edit: grammar mistake :(
