Mostly I see baboon but I have seen the others listed in the hashtags. As I have seen all of these it leads me to believe that there isn't a definitive cause for it. Just something severely messed up on Bungies end. Since it only started after the last update perhaps you should get some people and take at look at it and find what's wrong. Can't be that hard to find, unless you just hire blind people. Compare one code to another? I've been with Bungie since Halo, the first one. I know you can make amazing games and make them right but right now Destiny is turning into a huge let down for me personally. I just want to play. That's all. As well as countless other people in the world. Hell, hire me to do it. I have no problems working 48-72 hours on end. Not like I haven't before. Seriously though, we need you to fix this. I know that the big thing is the DLC coming out but I'm sure more of us would rather you push it back a week or two and get the network errors right and then release the next batch of awesomeness. Do what you do best. Make it right. Throwing some strange coins or ascendant materials our way for the trouble wouldn't hurt either. Thanks for possibly taking the time and reading this.
